5. Payment
MGS Retail currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payment is made to the delivery person when the order is delivered.
MGS Retail does not currently require customers to provide credit card, debit card, UPI, or online banking information through the application for placing Cash on Delivery orders.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, operational conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.
MGS Retail is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier issues, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For cancellation requests, please contact MGS Retail as soon as possible using our available customer-support channels.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacement
Returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to the MGS Retail Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Where a return or replacement is approved, the customer may be required to provide relevant order information and follow the return instructions provided by MGS Retail.
For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be handled according to the applicable refund procedure communicated by MGS Retail.

MGS Retail sells refurbished electronics.
